Purchased an excellent Arturia MIDI Controller (Keylab 61 Mk2) a few months ago and had reason to contact Arturia to purchase a replacement slider cap that was lost through my own mishap. The Arturia staff I had dealings with, Baptiste and Eduardo, were both superb and a replacement slider cap arrived a couple of days later at absolutely no cost to myself.
Nice to deal with a company that makes excellent hardware and software, backed by brilliant customer-focused support.
I am surprised to read reviews here that suggest Arturia's support is lacking. Perhaps this has improved over time, but I have nothing but praise for the timeliness and quality of the support given to me. An issue with my KeyLab 88 mike was quickly resolved, with detailed notes and links to everything needed. I dream about this quality of support with other kit I own!

Absolute pile of crap company!!!! Zero useful tutorials on how to "actually" do anything with their products...My third product i bought from them with no manual that actually tells you how to operate it!!! its going in the bin!!! do yourself a favour and get products with instruction manuals instead of buying from this lot!!!
What an excellent company. Not only their products are top notch, also if you have an issue, their customer service is efficient, kind and always ready to help. They went as far a posting me free of charge a small rubber cap I had lost on my keyboard. When so many companies are utter rubbish in offering assistance, is refreshing to see one offering full "old school" customer support.
I had trouble setting my Keylab Essential up and these guys were AMAZING at getting me through it. Awesome costumer service is my experience. And the Keyboard is amazing!

Arturia has exceptional customer support. I own 7-8 pieces of Arturia gear and have only needed to contact them a few times but each time I've received a response quickly and my queries have been resolved within hours with detailed responses. If only other companies had such great customer support.
The Arturia line of software instruments are outstanding, from FX to Software Synths.
I’ve been a user of the V Collection for a while, also some other products.
*Only losing a star because their loyalty to previous customers isn’t great, prices are still very steep when it comes to upgrading the V Collection.

I bought the Microlab 25, based on the good reputation Arturia has. But to my surprise, this midi controller worked partially (Only the pitch bend was sending signals). I tried everything. I have 25 years of experience producing and programing music, so I knew this gadget had a problem. I contacted Arturia for support, they suggested the obvious possible solutions, that of course, I had already try. Nothing worked. I sent them pictures and videos of the problem, they just didn't know what to do, and stopped responding my emails and phone calls.
Now I'm trying to return this thing and I'm having issues with that too. So this purchase has been a complete waste of time and money.
As far as I'm concerned (Pigments owner) I'm very happy with the product, sounds fantastic, I feel like it's new (concept wise) and I'm still exploring capabilities. The CPU charge is very effective and predictable despite my old computer, standalone version is super useful. Some minor bug but nothing really annoying. So far so good ;)
Next level, awesome stuff, cool features and fully integrated midi controllers with an eye for details.
Submitted a technical support ticket over a week ago, have only had one singular correspondence within this period... The say they will reply within 48 hours but this simply has not been anywhere close to reality. My issue with my Keylab Essential 49 remains but unsolved and little has been done to assist with my issue.
Best costumer service ever! The situation was a bit complicated and Arturia wa s not obliged to help. But they did & send me a new device to Indonesia (instead to Germany). Awesome, so happy! Also, the quality of the device is really good ....
